Braintree Music Lessons
The most spoken about tuition centre in Braintree making waves and creating opportunities for any budding musicians. After receiving a warm welcome at Festival In The Gardens last year, you can see a collection of BML students take to the stage again as Braintree's very own 'Super Group'

Fox Wiggle & Sass
Based in North Essex, Fox Wiggle and Sass are a vintage vocal harmony trio who travel the length and breadth of the UK and Europe. The trio entertain with their eclectic, swinging feel good music. Their repertoire spans the decades with classic 1940's big band numbers from the likes of the glorious Andrews Sisters, to their 'Modern Swing' set, giving you the chance to dance the night away to songs by the likes of Katy Perry, Guns 'n' Roses, George Michael and Justin Bieber, all performed in a fabulous vintage style.
Black Lounge
BBC Essex & Cambridgeshire, BBC Essex Featured Artist of 2025. Played regularly on BBC radio. Black Lounge are an Ultra hooky 4 piece Indie Rock band from Essex with big choruses and charming ballads. With a extremely diverse sound, Black Lounge have shades of Arctic Monkeys and David Bowie, but have pretty crafted their own sound. Black Lounge are ones to watch this year, with big support shows under their belt such as The Molotovs & The Clause


Chloe & The Butlers
Inspired by the golden age of Motown, soul and funk, Essex-based band Chloe and the Butlers blend rich analogue textures, soaring vocals and infectious grooves into a sound they describe as “funky, empowering and heartfelt.” Formed through a shared love of 60s and 70s soul music, the band channel influences such as Aretha Franklin, Marvin Gaye and The Isley Brothers while adding a contemporary twist to their songwriting. Their growing catalogue of singles, including Wrong From Right, Pick Up The Pieces and Back To The Drawing Board, showcases heartfelt lyrics, powerful brass arrangements and an authentic live-band energy, as they continue building momentum ahead of the release of their debut album.
Mosaics
MOSAICS are a London-based indie rock band known for energetic live shows and a Britpop-inspired sound blending nostalgia with modern indie anthemics. Fronted by Owen Castillo and Stu Smith, the band have drawn comparisons to Sam Fender, Kings of Leon and early Coldplay, earning support from BBC Introducing, Amazing Radio and Clash Magazine.
After finishing runners-up in the Isle of Wight New Blood Competition, MOSAICS supported Reverend and The Makers on a sold-out UK tour and have since played over 100 shows across the UK.

Dub Catalyst
Infusing the soulful and mesmerising rhythms of reggae & dub with the urban pulse of Hip Hop, Dub Catalyst ignites stages with an electrifying energy that captivates audiences. This dynamic ensemble, boasting a lineup of eleven talented musicians, delivers a fusion of genres that transcends boundaries & stirs the soul.


Leanne Louise
Leanne Louise is a rising star from the “United States of Essex,” fusing every genre she touches with her unmistakable vocal flair. From her breakout single “Crazy” (backed by Kiss FM, 1Xtra, and BBC Introducing) to opening Brownstock Festival alongside Professor Green and Tom Odell, she’s been making serious waves.
Fresh off a performance at The O2 for Garage Nation and deep in the studio cooking up new projects, Leanne is one to watch.
